【摘要】 目的:探讨单剂量孟鲁司特钠治疗婴幼儿感染RSV病毒致哮喘效果和安全性。方法:对于280例感染RSV病毒致哮喘婴幼儿患者,应用孟鲁司特钠治疗12周,基于临床症状评分、潮气呼吸肺功能、使用短效支气管扩张剂数量及治疗4周和12周后婴幼儿哮喘诊断率变化等来评价治疗效果,同时观察不良反应。患者中,有家族哮喘患病史占43.2%,过敏性鼻炎31.1%,哮喘反复发作44.6%,有家族湿疹患病史67.5%。结果:治疗12周后,治疗组临床症状评分显著增加。观察治疗前后咳嗽评分、哮喘评分、运动后评分均有显著性差异,P<0.05;治疗后,TPTEF/TE和VPEF/VE水平均显著提高,P<0.05;3.9%的患者出现不良反应。哮喘发作数量、年度住院天数、应用β2受体激动剂时的年度住院天数、肺功能等均有显著性改善,P<0.05。结论:孟鲁司特钠临床治疗婴幼儿感染RSV病毒致哮喘是有一定效果的,临床上应用4~12周后能够有效缓解哮喘症状,提高肺功能,减少婴幼儿哮喘发病率,同时较少不良反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of single dose of RSV in the treatment of infants with asthma.Methods:The 280 cases of infant asthma patients induced by RSV infection,a application of montelukast treatment for 12 weeks,based on clinical symptom score,tidal breathing pulmonary function,short acting bronchial expansion agent quantity and treatment 4 and 12 weeks after infant asthma diagnosis rate changes and to evaluate the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were observed.Patients,a family history of asthma patients accounted for 43.2%,allergic rhinitis 31.1%,recurrent asthma 44.6%,there is a family history of eczema 67.5%. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly increased.Observed before and after treatment cough score,asthma score,after the exercise score were significantly different,P<0.05; after treatment,TPTEF/TE and VPEF/VE levels were significantly improved,P<0.05; 3.9% of patients with adverse reactions.The number of asthma attacks,the number of annual hospitalization days,the number of days of the year in the application of beta 2 agonists,and pulmonary function were significantly improved,P<0.05.Conclusion:Montelukast sodium in the treatment of infant infection with RSV induced asthma is a certain effect and clinical application of 4 ~ 12 weeks after can effectively alleviate the symptoms of asthma,improve lung function and reduce asthma morbidity in infants and young children,and less adverse reaction occurred.更多还原
