【摘要】 目的:探讨黄连素辅助治疗脑梗死的临床价值。方法:选取2010年1月~2015年1月期间来我院治疗脑梗死患者60例,进行随机分组,对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组增加给予黄连素辅助治疗,对比和分析治疗效果。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的MES数量监测、颈动脉粥样硬化监测以及血液生化指标改善明显,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用黄连素对脑梗死进行辅助治疗,能够使血脂水平降低,控制炎症反应,获得令人满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analysis the clinical value of berberine auxiliary treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods:January 2010~January 2015 our hospital during the period of 60 patients with cerebral infarction as,which gives the control group,atorvastatin treatment and observation group based on this,and then give the adjuvant treatment of berberine,compares and analysis the curative effect of two groups. Results:After treatment,compared with control group,the group number of MES in monitoring,monitoring of the carotid artery atherosclerosis and blood biochemical index improved significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of berberine on cerebral infarction clinical adjuvant therapy,can reduce blood lipid levels,control inflammation,obtain satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
