【摘要】 随着国家实施沿边开发开放战略,边疆地区依靠自身的优势和特色,逐渐成为经贸活跃、文化交融的"热点"地区。在全球化与区域化并进的今天,边疆不再是传统军事安全层面上的单纯的政治边疆、国防边疆,它已成为国家全方位开发开放的前沿。在保证边疆经济繁荣和社会安定的前提下,消除威胁边疆社会发展的各种非传统安全隐患,整合各种统制机制治理好边疆,从边疆文化的构建入手,通过边疆文化的社会功能,探索治理边疆、稳定边疆、繁荣边疆的途径,从而使边疆地区得到长久而稳定的繁荣发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the national strategy of developing and opening boarderareas,the boarder become financially prosperous places and culturally comprehensive zones. In today’s world,where globalization and regionalization march abreast,the function of the boarder areas as the national defense and military strategy are altering. Areas are more a frontline of opening up than politic and defending demarcation. Boarder areas’ development and opening not only bring economic and social prosperity of the border areas,but also bring new problems and new era border security governance. To eliminate the threat of border security in a variety of risks,without interfering the economic and social development and to govern the boarder with integration of a variety of mechanisms can obtain a sustainable and stable development. On the consideration of China’s social structure and ethnic composition in the boarder areas,this thesis mainly deplores the means of governing,stabilizing and flourishing the boarder areas by starting from the structure and social functions of frontier culture.更多还原
