不同气氛下激光熔覆Fe901修复40Cr组织与性能的研究
Study on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of 40Cr Repaired by Laser Cladding Fe901 under Different Atmospheres
【摘要】 在不同气氛下进行激光熔覆Fe901修复40Cr实验,从微观组织、元素分析、力学性能等角度探讨不同气氛对修复的影响,研究野外环境下氮气替代氩气的可行性。结果表明:不同气氛下的熔覆组织均为树枝晶和等轴晶的混合组织;不同气氛下的熔覆层中,氮、氧元素含量变化较小,和Fe901粉末相比没有明显增加;不同气氛下修复试样的抗拉强度和延伸率较接近,抗拉强度均达到基材的92.5%以上,延伸率不低于4%。激光熔覆Fe901修复40Cr的组织和性能受气氛的影响很小,用氮气替代氩气送粉基本能满足野外环境下应急快速修复零件的要求。
【Abstract】 Experiments for repairing 40 Cr by laser cladding Fe901 under the different atmospheres.The influence of different atmospheres on the repairing is discussed in terms of microstructure,elements analysis and mechanical properties,intending to investigate the feasibility of replacing Ar with N2 in laser cladding repair in the wild environment. The results show that the microstructure of cladding layers under different atmospheres,are composites of dendritic crystals and equiaxed crystals. The contents of N and O in the cladding layers under different atmospheres differ little,or no increase more accurately,compared with that of Fe901 powder. The tensile strength and ductility of samples repaired under different atmospheres differs slightly,among which the tensile strength all reach to 92.5 % of the substrate,and the ductility surpasses 4 %. The atmosphere influences slightly on the microstructure and properties of 40 Cr repaired by laser cladding Fe901,which means that replacing Ar with N2 can totally satisfy the requirement of the emergency repairing in the wild environment.
