【摘要】 为保证国产VPI(Vacuum Pressure Impregnating,真空压力浸渍)绝缘材料的性能稳定,对VPI绝缘材料进行了性能检测,并采用优选出的材料制造真机试验线棒。首先从两方面检测国产VPI绝缘材料性能,一方面对新批次少胶带的关键项目及以前没有检测的项目进行检测,国内外的浸渍漆新增加检测项目(机械性能、玻璃化转变温度、吸水率、电气性能)进行检测;另一方面利用ALSTOM试验方法检测VPI材料的耐热稳定性。然后选用各项性能均合格的国产VPI绝缘材料制作真机线棒,并对线棒的电性能进行检测。试验结果表明A厂和B厂自制的真机试验线棒具有优良的电气性能,除个别值外性能指标都达到了CEEIA/154-2003大型水轮发电机产品质量分等标准的优等品水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The properties of national VPI(Vacuum Pressure Impregnating) insulation material were measured to be sure its steady properties. The real stator bars were fabricated by selected VPI material. Firstly, the properties of VPI insulation material were measured by HEC(Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited) in two aspects. On the one hand, the main properties, and the items no measured before, of new producing less-resin mica tape(LMT) were measured, and the new increasing items of impregnating varnish were measured, such as mechanical property, glass transition temperature, water absorption, electrical property. On the other hand, thermal stability of VPI material was measured by ALSTOM test method. And then the national VPI insulation material with eligible properties was selected to fabricate real stator bars, the electrical properties of the bars were measured. The test results showed that the stator bars fabricated by A and B factory had perfect electrical properties, which almost arrives at first-class level of standard CEEIA/154-2003.更多还原
