【Abstract】 In view of the non penetrating electron beam welding, study the relationship between beam quality and internal quality of the weld joint through the process test,find the main factor that effect of non penetrating welding nail tip defect is the beam quality of the bottom width and peak power,and has carried on the theoretical analysis.
