【摘要】 在梳理了与高绩效工作系统相关的64篇文献后,采用文献计量方法对以往关于高绩效工作系统研究的内容结构、实施效果和研究层面等方面进行研究与评价。现有研究中,不同文化间高绩效工作系统内容结构有差异,但对组织行为学变量的作用机制差异不大,现在的研究多数是在普适观的理论基础下做的截面数据研究,未来应该在权变观、情景观和生命周期视角下,做跨文化和跨代际之间的差异性研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 After a survey of 64 articles associated with high performance work systems,this paper made a summary and evaluation of previous researches on high performance work system in terms of content structure,implementation effect and research level with bibliometric method. In existing researches,there are differences in the content structure of high performance work systems among different cultures,but little difference on the functioning mechanism of organizational behavior variables. Most of the current studies are cross-sectional data studies conducted under the universal theoretical basis. Researches on the cross-cultural and cross-generational differences should be conducted in the future from the perspectives of contingency,context and life cycle.更多还原
