大型汽轮发电机定子端部电磁力作用动态响应分析

【摘要】 针对某600 MW大型汽轮发电机端部,建立电磁分析三维实体有限元模型,数值模拟得到额定负载下电机端部定子绕组上的电磁力密度的周期变化规律。在ABAQUS/CAE中建立端部结构分析的三维精细有限元模型,将计算得到的作用于绕组上的随时间变化的电磁力导入结构分析模型中,数值模拟得到额定负载下端部结构的变形和应力响应。

【Abstract】 A three dimensional finite element model for electromagnetic analysis of the stator end winding of a 600 MW turbogenerator is set up. Then the periodical variation of electromagnetic force density in the stator end winding under rated load is determined by numerical simulation. Furthermore, a three dimensional fine finite element model for structural analysis of the stator end is constructed by means of ABAQUS / CAE and the electromagnetic forces varying with time on the windings determined by the electromagnetic analysis are incorporated into the structural analysis model. Finally,the deformation and stress distributions of the stator end during rated load are numerically analyzed by means of the ABAQUS software.
