育阴清热法治疗食管癌术后反流性食管炎的临床研究

【摘要】 目的观察育阴清热法治疗食管癌术后胃阴亏虚型反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将80例食管癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组予麦门冬汤合左金丸加减治疗,对照组予奥美拉唑加多潘立酮治疗。治疗4周。结果治疗后,2组患者症状总积分差异比较均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且治疗组对症状的改善程度明显优于对照组。按照中医证候疗效评定标准,治疗组中33例显效(显效率82.5%),7例有效(有效率17.5%)。而对照组40例中,10例显效(显效率25.0%),30例有效(有效率75.0%)。经卡方检验,2组显效率比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001),说明治疗组综合疗效明显优于对照组。结论育阴清热法治疗食管癌术后胃阴亏虚型反流性食管炎有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yuyin Qingre decotion in reflux esophagitis(RE) after esophageal carcinoma operation, and to explore its mechanism of action, to provide more safe and effective therapies for clinical treatment. Methods All eighty subjects in this study were diagnosed as stomach yin deficiency type reflux esophagitis after esophageal carcinoma operation in outpatient of thoracic surgery department. These patients all had a history of radical operation of thoracic and gastrectomy for esophageal cancer after 6 months to 3 years, and were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40). Treatment group was given Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Modified Zuojin Pill and Maimendong Decoction and omeprazole, and the control group was treated with omeprazole plus domperidone. Results There were significant difference between two groups for total score of TCM symptom(P<0.001), scores of the Nelenium Scale, changes of esophageal mucosa in endoscopy etc. after treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group. According to TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation standard, 33 out of 40 cases(82.5%) showed markedly effective, and 7 cases(17.5%) showed effective in the treatment group. There were 10 cases(25%) markedly effected, 30 cases(75%) effected. There was significant difference between the two groups for significant efficiency by Chi-square test(P<0.001), which showed the comprehensive effect in treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion Though the analysis, it is shown that the method of Yuyin Qingre decotion has great curative effect on RE after esophageal carcinoma operation. The study results make great base for farther research.更多还原
