Twinblok在安氏Ⅱ类错治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨Twinblok在安氏Ⅱ类错治疗中的应用。方法选取30例安氏Ⅱ类错畸形患者,均采用Twinblok矫治器进行矫治,观察疗效。结果正畸后,上齿槽座角(SNA)、覆盖(OJ)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、上中切牙唇倾均减小(P<0.05),而SNB、下中切牙唇倾、下颌体长度、下颌升支长度增加(P<0.05)。结论在安氏Ⅱ类错治疗中应用Twinblok矫治器,可改善前牙覆盖,促进下颌生长,改善面型,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of the Twinblok in angle class malocclusion treatment. Methods 30 angle class malocclusion malocclusion deformity patients were selected from August 2012 to August 2013 in the hospital, patients adopted Twinblok malocclusion subjects, observation curative effect. Results After orthodontic, SNA, OJ, ANB, Middle incisor lips are reduced(P<0.05), but SNB, incisive lip dip, the mandibular body length, mandibular length increasing(P<0.05). Conclusion Apparatus used in angle class malocclusion malocclusion treatment Twinblok correction, can improve the former dental coverage, promote the growth of mandible, and improve the surface type, is worth promoting.更多还原
