热浸Zn–Al–Mg–Ce合金镀层的耐腐蚀性能
Corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized Zn–Al–Mg–Ce alloy coating
【摘要】 在Zn–Al–Mg镀浴中添加不同质量分数的Ce元素,获得了Zn–Al–Mg–Ce合金镀层。X射线光电子能谱显示,Zn–Al–Mg–0.08Ce镀层表面主要由锌、铝、镁的氧化物组成,未发现铈的氧化物。采用浸泡腐蚀、极化曲线测量、电化学阻抗谱等方法研究其耐蚀性能时发现,Zn–Al–Mg–Ce合金镀层在5%Na Cl溶液中的自腐蚀倾向小于Zn–Al–Mg合金镀层,其极化电阻和交流阻抗增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,耐蚀性能提高。
【Abstract】 Hot-dip galvanized Zn–Al–Mg–Ce alloy coatings were prepared by adding Ce, a rare earth, with different mass fractions to a Zn–Al–Mg alloy bath. The surface of Zn–Al–Mg–0.08 Ce alloy coating is mainly composed of the oxides of Zn, Al and Mg, but the oxide of Ce is not detected by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The corrosion resistance of the Zn–Al–Mg–Ce alloy coatings were studied by immersion test, polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that as compared with the Zn–Al–Mg alloy coating, the Zn–Al–Mg–Ce alloy coating has lower rate of corrosion in 5% Na Cl solution with decreased corrosion current density and increased polarization resistance and electrochemical impedance, showing better corrosion resistance.
