大豆抗胞囊线虫的育种及大豆品种中黄26及中黄54的选育

【摘要】 中国农业科学院作物科学研究所自1991年开始从事黄淮海地区大豆育种以来,将抗大豆胞囊线虫育种作为主要育种目标之一,每年均配制一定数量的抗胞囊线虫育种组合,经过筛选鉴定及育种实践,比较好的抗源是PI437654、灰皮支黑豆和五寨黑豆等,通常以大面积推广的优良品种和新育成的高产品系为母本,抗源为父本进行杂交,取得了较好结果,以单8为母本,PI437654为父本进行杂交,育成2个品种,一个是中黄26,在北京地区推广;另一个是国审品种中黄54,在西北地区推广。

【Abstract】 Crop Sciences Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences studied the soybean breeding of Huang- Huai- Hai region since 1991, breeding of resistance to soybean cyst nematode was the main goal, made certain number of breeding combination of resistance to soybean cyst nematode every year, Good antigen was PI437654, Huipizhi heidou and Wuzhai heidou. Usually large area promoted variety and new cultivated high yield strain were used as females, PI437654 as male to make cross, two varieties were cultivated- Zhonghuang 26 which was promoted in Beijing region and Zhonghuang 54 which was promoted in North-west region.
