【摘要】 目的探讨消毒橡皮碗的有效方法。方法选取40只橡皮碗分成A组和B组,A组采用含氯消毒液浸泡消毒法,B组采用机械清洗热力消毒法。采用目视检查法和细菌菌落检测法比较两组的清洁度和第1~7d的保存效果。结果 B组清洁度明显优于A组;A组第2~7d的菌落总数均明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方法消毒橡皮碗均符合规范。含氯消毒液浸泡法效果不易控制,且有挥发和残留的影响。机械清洗热力消毒橡皮碗全程电脑自动化规范操作,更加方便实用有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effective method in disinfecting rubber cup. Methods 40 rubber cups were selected and divided into group A and B. Dipping disinfection with disinfection solution containing chloride was applied in group A,and mechanical cleaning and thermal disinfection method was applied in group B. Visual examination and bacteria colony detection method were used to compare the degree of cleanliness and preservation effect in 1 ~ 7d. Results The degree of cleanliness in group B is obviously better than that in group A. The total number of colony of group A in 2 ~ 7d is obviously bigger than that in group B,and the difference is of statistical significance. Conclusion The 2 sterilizing methods comply with requirement. Dipping disinfection with disinfection solution containing chloride is harder to control,and has the effect of volatilization and residual problem. Mechanical cleaning and thermal disinfection method have entire computer automation and standard operation,so it’s more convenient,practical and effective.更多还原
