光伏组件输出特性研究及在线预测方法
Research of output properties and on-line prediction method for a PV module
【摘要】 以光伏组件的传热机理分析为基础,从传热学的角度建立了一种光伏组件的一维热模型。该模型同时考虑了光照辐射、环境温度与风速等气象因素,可实现对太阳能电池温度的在线预测,其有效性得到了实验结果验证。针对传统的光伏组件输出特性评估中仅考虑光照度与环境温度、不计及风速影响的缺陷,提出了基于热模型的精确在线评估方法。该方法为光伏电站的建站选址、改造设计提供理论依据,同时有助于光伏组件的运行状态监测与故障诊断。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a one-dimensional thermal model of a photovoltaic( PV) module is developed based on the heat transfer mechanism. This model takes into account the solar irradiance,ambient temperature as well as wind velocity to evaluate the real-time cell temperature of a PV module. The validity and utility of the proposed model are verified by comparing the simulation result with that of the experiment. Moreover,it is shown how this thermal model can be effectively used in the output features prediction of a PV module,overcoming the limitations of traditional methods in which wind velocity are neglected. The proposed methodology can be utilized in the site planning and auxiliary cooling facilities design of PV stations,as well as the status monitoring and diagnostic analysis of PV modules.
