基于改进果蝇优化算法的雷电定位研究
Research on lightning location estimation based on modified fruit fly optimization algorithm
【摘要】 定位精度是评价雷电定位系统的重要指标之一,而定位算法直接关系到探测结果的精度。针对椭球面定位传统迭代算法易于发散等缺点,引入改进果蝇优化算法(MFOA)到雷电定位计算。文中给出了果蝇优化算法(FOA)的改进方法并利用MFOA进行雷电定位——通过不断缩小雷击点与探测点之间的距离误差,最终获得雷击点坐标。文章对MFOA进行仿真验证,并利用其进行雷击定位计算。结果表明:MFOA克服了传统定位算法易于发散及FOA易陷入局部极值等问题,收敛速度更快;通过MFOA求出的雷击点与实际雷击点相距362.4 m,满足雷电定位误差,验证了该方法的有效性,为雷电定位计算提供了一种新算法。
【Abstract】 Location accuracy is an important index for evaluation of locating networks lightning monitoring systems,and positioning algorithm is directly related to the results of the location accuracy. According to the existed weakness of iterative algorithms in traditional ellipsoid location such as they are easy to diverge,this paper proposed the modified fruit fly optimization algorithm( MFOA) in lightning location calculation and gave the methods to modify the FOA and used MFOA for lightning location——getting the lightning point coordinate finally by closing the distance error between the lightning point and the detection point. This paper simulated and verified the MFOA,and then,calculated and analyzed the lightning location through MFOA. The results showed that MFOA can overcome the problems of the traditional location algorithm such as they are easy to diverge and FOA is easy to fall into local minima,and MFOA converges faster,the distance between the lightning point obtained by MFOA and the actual lightning point is 362. 4m,which meets lightning position error and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method,so MFOA offers a new algorithm for lightning location.
