【摘要】 目的比较经括约肌间瘘管结扎术与瘘管切除术治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2015年12月本院收治的80例肛瘘患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(行经括约肌间瘘管结扎术,n=40)和对照组(行瘘管切除术,n=40),比较两组术中手术时间、住院时间、治疗效果及术后疼痛状况。结果观察组手术和住院时间分别为(39.11±1.71)min及(3.71±0.16)d,均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组为70.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后12h、24 h及48 h时各时间点VAS疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与瘘管切除术相比,经括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗肛瘘疗效确切,能显著缩短手术时间及减轻术后疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract and fistulectomy in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods 80 patients with anal fistula who received treatment in our hospital between May 2014 and December 2015 were recruited as study subjects.Patients were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group received ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract and patients in the control group received fistulectomy.The following parameters were compared between the two groups: duration of surgery,hospitalization duration,effectiveness rate,and postoperative pain.Results Duration of surgery and hospitalization in the treatment group [(39.11 + 1.71) min and(3.71 + 0.16) d,respectively] was significantly shorter than in the control group(P < 0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the treatment group was92.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group was(70%,P < 0.05).Pain scores at 12 h,24 h,and 48 h after surgery were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with fistulectomy,ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract can achieve favorable treatment effective,shorten duration of surgery and alleviate postoperative pain.更多还原
