【摘要】 目的探讨基于NRS2002(成年住院患者的营养风险筛查)评估后的营养支持对结直肠癌手术患者康复进程的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2016年1月入住本院普外科行手术治疗的200例结直肠癌患者为研究对象(入院时NRS2002评分小于3分),随机分成观察组和对照组,分别予以营养支持治疗和仅输注糖电解质溶液。比较两组术后并发症发生率、肠功能恢复时间、平均住院日及平均住院花费。结果观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠功能恢复时间为(25.35±6.46)h、平均住院日为(7.32±3.16)d,均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);平均住院费用为(3.55±1.27)万元,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌NRS2002营养评分小于3分的患者予以营养支持可降低患者术后并发症的发生率,同时促进肠功能恢复,减少住院时间和住院花费。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support based on NRS2002 nutrition screening on the rehabilitation process of patients with surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods 200 patients with NRS2002 score of less than 3 points with colorectal cancer who were admitted to Department of General Surgery in our hospital for surgery between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.The treatment group received nutritional support treatment and the control group infusion of glucose electrolyte solution after operation.Incidence of complications(anastomotic leakage,wound infection,intestinal obstruction),intestinal function recovery time(anal exhaust time),average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Bowel function recovery time and average hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group(P < 0.05).The average hospitalization cost in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support to patients with colorectal cancer who had NRS 2002 nutrition score less than 3 points could decrease post-operation complication,improve bowel function and reduce hospitalization duration and expenses.更多还原
