【摘要】 新型城镇化是传统城镇化在本质内涵、目标内容以及实现方式上的全面提升,实施新型城镇化战略是吉林省社会经济发展历史和现实的必然选择.通过对吉林省城镇化发展问题的研判,研究了新型城镇化道路的选择,并对其主要路径进行了针对性的设计.结果表明:吉林省城镇化长期的片面畸形发展已经使城镇化发展呈现了病态特征,具体表现在城镇化与工业化以及经济发展水平的非协调性,以及城市空间结构混乱与中心城市功能不突出等.据此提出吉林省新型城镇化应是资源利用高效、环境生态本底优越、经济持续集约发展、文化繁荣昌盛、城乡一体化发展、社会和谐进步、大中小不同规模等级城市协调发展的"四化"统筹和"三型"一体的城镇化.最后从特色城镇体系的构建、吉林中部城市群的塑造、重点功能区的推进以及产业发展与生态环境的协调等视角对吉林省新型城镇化的主要路径进行了设计.更多还原

【Abstract】 New urbanization is the traditional urbanization upgrade in the essence of the content,the goal and the way to achieve a comprehensive development.Implement the strategy of new type of urbanization is the inevitable history and reality choice of social and economic development of Jilin Province.Based on the development of urbanization in Jilin Province analysis,this thesis puts forward the new type of urbanization is resource saving,environment friendly,economic efficiency,prosperous in culture,urban and rural areas as a whole,the social harmony,the coordinated development of big and medium cities and small towns.Finally,this thesis designs the main path of urbanization of Jilin Province including constructing the characteristics of urban system,shaping the urban agglomeration in central Jilin,proposing the key functional areas,coupling the industrial development and the ecological environment.更多还原
