大洋河岫岩城市段河道防洪能力评估研究

【摘要】 为探清河道的防洪能力,以大洋河岫岩城市段为研究对象,采用MIKE11一维水动力模型进行河道水面线计算,根据防汛警戒水位及保证水位确定原则,结合不同频率洪水组合的水位计算结果,得出不同断面的特征水位以及保证流量。通过河道现状防洪能力分析,得出过流能力较弱的河段,为防洪工程建设及两岸防洪安全提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify the flood control capacity of the river channel, taking the Xiuyan urban river channel of Dayanghe river as example, the paper calculates the river flow profile by using Mike 11, one-dimensional hydrodynamic model. According to the determination principles of warning stage and the highest safety discharge,combined with water level results under different frequency flood combination, the characteristic water levels and the highest safety discharge of different cross-section are obtained. the river channel with lower discharge capacity are found by analyzing the current situation of flood control capacity of the river, which could provide the scientific basis for the construction of flood control project and the flood control safety of both sides of the river.
