为获得高品质抗电磁辐射木材,采用正交试验设计L_(27)(3~(13)),真空磁控溅射镀膜,试验分析了封闭剂、真空度、镀膜温度、镀膜时间及交互作用等因素对镀膜质量的影响。结果表明:桐木单板应用MF3封闭剂(固体质量分数为50%的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂及内含溶液质量分数1%KH-560硅烷偶联剂,添加5%(按质量计)的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯组成)、真空室的真空度10~(-2)~10~(-4)MPa、靶材温度200℃、溅射时间100 s条件下,工艺效果最为理想。经电磁屏蔽效能检测,镀膜厚度达到30μm以上时,在30 MHz~1.5 GHZ频段之间,电磁屏蔽效能达到30~60 d B中等屏蔽效能等级,镀膜单板屏蔽效能随着电磁波频率的提高呈缓慢下降之势。镀膜木材在高温、高湿条件下老化强度有微弱下降,但对镀膜与薄木的结合无影响。镀膜后的薄木可用于高端电磁屏蔽、导静电装饰性木材产品的开发。
