三维GIS在城市住宅小区物业管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 对当前城市住宅小区物业管理涉及的物业信息及其关联的空间信息进行分析与分类,研究其具体的管理方法。探索城市住宅小区三维GIS构建的关键技术,开发了一个基于三维GIS的物业管理原型系统。该系统将物业信息与其关联的空间信息紧密相连,使物业管理人员通过基础物业信息直接定位相关物体在小区中的空间位置,让三维GIS与物业管理信息系统的结合不仅仅局限于小区表面环境简单的可视化,增加了三维GIS的实用性,完善了物业管理信息系统,为深化三维GIS在城市信息化、智慧化管理领域的发展应用提供技术参考。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and classifies the property information referred by current urban residential community property management and its associated spatial information,and studies its specific administrative methods.It explores the key technology built by three-dimensional GIS of urban residential community,develops a property management prototype system based on three-dimensional GIS.This system connects property information with its associated spatial information closely,enables property management personnel to locate the spatial positions of related objects in the residential community directly through basic property information,makes the combination of three-dimensional GIS and property management information system not only limited to the simple visualization of the surface environment of the residential community,increases the utility of three-dimensional GIS,perfects property management information system,and provides technical reference for the deepening of three-dimensional GIS development applications in the fields of urban informatization and intellectual management field.
