【摘要】 目的:了解某护理学院大一本科护生健康素养状况,为学校开展健康教育提供依据。方法:采用2009年中国公民健康素养调查问卷,运用整群抽样方法对660名大一本科护生进行问卷调查。结果:大一本科护生健康素养具备率为9.1%,不同性别、生源地、月生活费、家庭月收入的护生健康素养差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。具备健康知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和健康技能比例分别为23.8%、2.1%和60.8%。5类健康问题素养上安全与急救素养具备率最高(56.1%),慢性病预防素养具备率最低(7.9%)。结论:大一本科护生的健康素养水平较低,健康知识掌握不平衡,尤其在健康生活方式与行为及慢性病预防方面,应加强大学生健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the status of health literacy among freshman nursing students,and to provide the basis of implementing health education.Methods:Stratified random cluster sampling method was used to choose 660 freshman nursing students.And"health literacy questionnaire of chinese citizens in 2009"was used to carried out the survey.Results:The proportion of freshman nursing students who had held health literacy was 9.1%,Different gender,origin,monthly cost of living,family monthly income of no statistically significant(P>0.05).The proportions of college student with health knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills were 23.8%,2.1%and 60.8%.According to the health literacy of 5dimensionality,only 7.9%had chronic disease control and prevention related knowledge.The awareness rate of safety and first aid was(56.1%).Conclusion:The level of health literacy of freshman nursing students is low,health knowledge mastering imbalance,especially in the healthy lifestyle and behavior,and chronic disease prevention;The College should strengthen health education.更多还原
