【摘要】 目的研究马齿苋保健颗粒剂的制备及其对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病小鼠血糖值、正常空腹小鼠血糖值的影响。方法马齿苋脱脂、醇提、纯化、制软材、制备马齿苋保健颗粒冲剂。昆明种小白鼠30只随机分成3组,即正常对照组和马齿苋组(125 mg/kg、500 mg/kg),灌胃马齿苋后,在第0、120、180 min测定3组小鼠空腹血糖值。将糖尿病小鼠模型50只,随机分为5组:模型对照组、二甲双胍组和马齿苋组(125 mg/kg、250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg),分别于给药第0天、第7天、第14天采血,测定空腹血糖值。结果与正常对照组比较,马齿苋组给药第0、120、180 min时血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与糖尿病模型组比较,灌胃第7、14天马齿苋组(125 mg/kg、250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg)和二甲双胍组的血糖值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论马齿苋保健颗粒剂对糖尿病小鼠有明显降糖作用,对正常小鼠空腹的血糖值无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation of purslane care granules on blood sugar levels of diabetic induced by streptozocin( STZ) in mice and the effects of normal fasting blood glucose levels of mice.Methods Purslane degreasing,alcohol extraction,purification,production of soft material,preparation of purslane healthcare granule. The experimental mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group and 2 purslane groups( 125 mg/kg,500 mg/kg). The fasting glucose were tested by 0 minutes,120 minutes,180 minutes after filling their stomaches with purslane. The 50 diabetes mice were divided into 5 groups:model control group,metformin group,3 purslane groups( 125 mg/kg,250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg). The fasting glucose were tested by 0 d,7 d,14 d after filling their stomaches with drug. Results Compared with normal control group,after the drug 0 minutes,120 minutes,180 minutes,purslane group of mice shows no difference in blood sugar levels( P> 0.05). Compared with model control group,the groups of filling the stomach with 7 d,14 d purslane low,medium and high dose and the group of filling the stomach with metformin were significantly decreased in blood sugar level( P<0.05).Conclusion Purslane care granules has obvious hypoglycemic effect on diabetes mice and no effect on blood glucose levels of normal mice with empty stomach.更多还原
