【摘要】 常州科教城现有六所高校,皆采用独立运营的管理模式。近年来,随着各高校间合作日益增加,科教城传统模式下的师资共享理念及管理机制已难以满足发展需求。因此,在常州科教城管委会主导下,园区各高校要在政策研究、资源梳理、平台建设等方面开展协作与共享,以全面提高常州科教城人才培养质量和综合竞争实力。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are six universities in Changzhou Science and Education Town and all of them are operated and managed independently.In recent years,with the increasing cooperation between each college and universities,the traditional concept and management mechanism of faculty sharing cannot meet the current development demand. Therefore,under the domination of the management committee of Changzhou Science and Education Town,universities should carry out on cooperation and sharing in aspects of policy research,sharing resource rearrangement and sharing platform construction,so that to improve the quality and competitiveness of their talents.更多还原
