【摘要】 转型中的地方高校需要提高教师的实践能力,加快应用型本科院校的建设。目前高校的提升措施主要是校企合作模式,本文在样本院校的验证性调研基础上针对"校企合作与提升教师实践能力"二者的相关性,在对"校企合作"和"教师实践能力"定义的基础上,借助"职业技能资质的取得、教学改革的开展、校企横向课题的开展"三个衡量指标进行了提取和验证,并得出相关结论和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The correlation between carrying out university- enterprise cooperation and improving teacher ’s practical abilities was studied according to the results of a survey. Based on the concepts of university-enterprise cooperation and teacher’ s practical abilities,indexes from obtaining professional skill qualification,implementing teaching reform and carrying out project research for enterprises are extracted and verified.
