【摘要】 基于Data mining(数据挖掘)技术,在控制学科背景下提出了产品的质量模型和质量控制模型.以山东某造纸厂的大型造纸生产线和辽宁某钢铁厂的铜闪速炉为例,在现场获得大量的关键输入参数和产品质量数据,通过BP神经网络建立数学模型,经数据运算和校验得到了产品稳态质量模型和质量控制模型.提出反向质量模型和动态产品质量模型,以适用于复杂的生产实践.更多还原

【Abstract】 This article puts forward the product quality model and the quality control model based on Data mining technology under the background of control subjects.Taking a large-sized paper-making line of a paper mill in Shandong and the copper flash furnace of a steel &iron plant in as examples,a lot of key input parameters and product quality data are obtained from the site and product stavle quality model and quality control model are established by the calculation of the data obtained through BP neural network.Meanwhile,inverse quality model and dynamic quality model are put forward to be used in complex actual production.更多还原
