基于扭转弹簧的粘扣带强度力学模型研究
Research on the physical model of strength for hook and loop fastener based on torsion spring
【摘要】 以扭转弹簧为基础,建立粘扣带单钩强力力学模型,并推导出整片粘扣带强度力学模型。通过修正简化模型中的系数得到粘扣带强度计算式,所得理论强度相对于实际强度的偏差百分率小于4.0%,可在有效范围内对粘扣带强度进行预测和计算。
【Abstract】 Based on torsion spring,a physical model of single-hook strength for hook and loop fastener was established,and physical model of strength for whole hook and loop fastener was deduced. By amending parameters of the physical model,the simpler strength formulas of hook and loop fastener were obtained,and the error percentage of theory strength to practical strength was less than 4. 0%,which could be used to calculate the strength of hook and loop fasteners within the valid range.
