【Abstract】 In recent years, the development of the tea industry has been affected because of the excessive fluoride content of individual tea. It is of great significance to study the cause and control measures of fluoride pollution in tea. This paper expounds the present situation of the content of fluoride in the tea, mechanism of fluoride absorption of tea plant, the factors affecting the content of fluoride in tea and the measures for reducing fluoride in tea.
