戴云山羊高繁殖力新品系选育研究

【摘要】 文章系统地研究了经连续4个世代选育的戴云山羊新品系的生产性能。结果表明:各选育世代头胎、经产羊的产羔率分别为125.3%~137.4%、191.4%~204.7%,其中经选育的2、3、4世代羊的产羔率均显著高于0世代基础群(P<0.05);各世代羊产羔率均较上世代有所提高,4世代羊的头胎、经产羊产羔率最高,分别为137.4%、204.7%,分别比0世代基础群母羊提高了25.80%和9.06%;4世代羊的头胎、经产羊2月龄羔羊断奶成活率最高,分别为96.9%和97.9%,而0世代基础群最低,分别为90.2%、82.2%,4世代羊的2月龄羔羊断奶成活率比0世代基础群母羊分别提高了7.43%、19.10%;高繁系3、4世代羊的遗传进展有减缓的趋势,但核心群能繁母羊的群体数量却较0世代分别提高了98.5%和150.8%;各世代羊的体重、体尺性状间的差异并未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 In this study,the production performance of Daiyun goat for four generations were researched. Results showed that the lambing rates of first-born and multiparous goats in all generations ranged from 125.3% to 137.4% and 191.4% to 204.7%,respectively;the lambing rates of the second,third,fourth generation were significantly higher than that of the first generation(P< 0.05);the lambing rate of each generation was all improved compared with the previous generation;the lambing rates of first-born(137.4%)and multiparous(204.7%)goats in the fourth generation were the highest,increased by 25.8% and 9.06%,respectively,comparedwiththefirstgeneration;thesurvivingratesoffirst-born(96.9%)andmultiparous(97.9%)goatsin2-month-old in the fourth generation increased by 7.43% and 19.10% than those(90.2% and 82.2%)of the first generation,respectively;the genetic progress of the third and fourth generation tended to be slowed,but the goat population of core group increased by 98.5%and 150.8% over the first generation,respectively;there were no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the body weights and body measures among the generations
