牛肉中磺胺类药物残留的检测分析

【摘要】 为建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定牛肉中6种磺胺类药物(磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、磺胺异噁唑、苯酰磺胺、磺胺二甲氧哒嗪)残留的方法。牛肉样品经均质匀浆、乙酸乙酯提取后,用MCX柱净化,洗脱液洗脱,6种磺胺类药物以0.1%甲酸-乙腈为流动相,在C18色谱柱上(100 mm×4.6 mm)分离。结果表明:6种磺胺药物浓度在0.01~5.00μg/m L范围内,其标准曲线的相关系数(R~2)在0.999 1~0.999 8范围内,加标回收率为67.6%~73.8%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.56%~7.12%(n=3),检出限为0.004~0.017μg/m L。所检测的样品中无磺胺类药残检出。

【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the simultaneous determination of six sulfonamides residues in beef, which were sulfamethazine, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfadoxine, sulfisoxazole,sulfabenzamide, sulfamethoxazole. The beef samples were dissolved by homogenize and extracted with ethyl acetate,and cleaned up on by a silica MCX. The six sulfanilamides residues were separated on Gemini C18column(100 ×4.6 mm)at a constant temperature of 35℃ by using a mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min.The results showed that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.01~5.00 μg/m L with a correlation coefficient of more than 0.999 and the limits of quantification were 0.004 ~0.017 μg/m L for the six analytes. The extraction recoveries were67.6%~73.8% and the RSD between 2.56%~7.12%(n=3). No sulfonamides residues were detected in the beef sample.
