【Abstract】 Since the usage of modified Stoppa approach for the treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures,its advantages of safety and convenience are gradually accepted by the majority of doctors. Especially in recent years,the research of this approach and relative implant has reached an unprecedented level. A large number of literatures have reported that using special implants in the treatment of complicated pelvic and acetabular fractures via this approach can obtain good clinic results.
