【Abstract】 Based on the study of the situation of communication and transportation talents in Henan, the correlation degree between the amount of communication and transportation talents and various influencing factors is analyzed and got by using the grey system theory. Multivariate regression prediction model and grey GM(1,1)prediction model for forecasting the demand on communication and transportation talent are established. The results has important significance for optimizing and improving the Henan communication and transportation talent training and security system, and promoting the economic and social development.更多还原
