微波炉磁控管用永磁铁氧体外观裂纹缺陷影响因素分析
Analysis on factors affacting the crack defects of permanent magnet for magnetron in microwave oven
【摘要】 以Y30H预烧料为基本原料制备微波炉磁控管用铁氧体磁环,分析了成型工艺中取向电流(场强)、成型压力、退磁方式对外观缺陷的影响。结果表明,取向电流从24A到50A范围内,随着电流(场强)的增大,弱磁面裂纹减少直至消失;随着成型压力的增高,强磁面圈裂减少;一定的取向电流、成型压力条件下,保压退磁可解决磁体强弱磁面外观裂纹问题。
【Abstract】 Ring ferrite magnets for magnetron in microve oven were prepared using Y30 H presintered powders. Influence of aligning current(field), molding pressure and demagnetizing way on the appearance defects was analyzed. The results show that within a certain range, with the increase of the aligning current, weak magnetic surface crack tends to decrease and even disappear; with increasing molding pressure the strong magnetic surface crack reduces; under condition of suitable aligning current and molding pressure, demagnetizating in pressure can eliminate surface cracks of the ring magnet.
