La-Zn取代对六角型锶铁氧体的显微结构及磁性能的影响
Influence of La-Zn substitution on the microstructural and magnetic properties of hexagonal strontium ferrites
【摘要】 采用固相反应法制备Sr1-xLax Fe11.8-x Znx O19(0≤x≤0.42)M型六角铁氧体磁粉和磁体。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,La-Zn取代量x在00.42范围内磁粉是单一的磁铅石型相。磁体的FESEM观察表明,不同La-Zn取代量的磁体形成了均匀的六角片状结构。随La-Zn取代量的增大,磁体的剩磁Br和最大磁能积(BH)max先增后降,最大值对应的取代量为0.3,而其内禀矫顽力Hcj和磁感应矫顽力Hcb则单调下降。
【Abstract】 The M-type hexaferrite Sr1-xLax Fe11.8-x Znx O19(0≤x≤0.42) powder and magnets were prepared by solid state reaction method. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the single magnetoplumbite phase was obtained in the magnetic powder with x ranging from 0 to 0.42. The FESEM image showed that the perfect hexagonal flakre structure was formed in the sintered magnets and the grains were distributed homogenously. With increasing x, the remanence Brand maximum energy product(BH)max of the magnets first increases and then decreases with maximum values of 421.8 m T and 33.43 k J/m3 at x=0.30, respectively. Both the intrinsic coercivity Hcj and magnetic induction coercivity Hcbdecreases montonously with x increasing from 0 to 0.42.
