【摘要】 目的:探讨短肽型肠内营养(EN)制剂对环状混合痔病人术后饮食控制和排便管理的应用效果。方法:将60例环状混合痔手术病人随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。试验组病人术后当天至第5天给予短肽型EN制剂,对照组术后给予传统饮食。比较两组病人术后首次排便时间,手术后5 d内每天的排便次数,术后排便时肛门部疼痛评分,术后出血、尿潴留发生率和平均住院日。结果:与对照组比较,试验组病人术后首次排便时间明显延长(P<0.05),第2、3天排便次数减少(P<0.05),术后排便时肛门部疼痛程度得到缓解(P<0.05),术后出血发生率减少(P<0.05)、尿潴留发生率和平均住院日无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:环状混合痔术后病人应用短肽型EN制剂,能延长病人术后首次排便时间,减少排便次数,缓解肛门部疼痛程度,减少术后出血的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of short peptide enteral nutrition( EN) on dietary control and defecation management in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods: 60 surgical patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group were given EN after operation for 15 days,while others were given traditional diets. Results: There were significant differences between the first time of postoperative defecation,frequencies of defecation within days 2 and 3 after the operation,postoperative bleeding defecation,and anal pain remission( P < 0. 05).
