口服补充n-3多不饱和脂肪酸对糖尿病病人血糖和血脂影响的Meta分析
Effect of oral n-3 ployunsaturated fatty acid for blood sugar and blood lipid in patients with diabetes: Results from a Meta analysis
【摘要】 目的:系统评价糖尿病病人添加富含n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的营养补充剂是否可以改善病人血糖和血脂的状况。方法:检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane对照试验中心注册数据库(CENTRAL),检索语言为英语,检索起止时间为2000年至2014年。检索词为Diabetes,n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,fish oil,clinical trial。纳入对糖尿病病人添加n-3 PUFA的随机对照试验,采用Jadad量表进行研究质量评价,使用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入6项来自5个国家的高质量研究数据资料。n-3 PUFA组病人血清瘦素水平低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。随机血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、三酰甘油、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和脂联素等,两组之间差异均无统计学意义。结论:现有临床证据不能证明膳食补充n-3 PUFA对改善糖尿病病人的血糖和血脂状况有益。
【Abstract】 Objective: To systematically review the effect of supplemental n-3 ployunsaturated fatty acid on the level of blood sugar and lipid in patients with diabetes. Methods: Stydies published in English language,from 2000 to 2014,were retrieved from MEDLINE,EMBASE,and Cochrane database. Keywords for paper screening were diabetes,n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,fish oil,and clinical trial. After Jadad scale assessment,all randomized controlled trials were included. Rev Man 5. 2 was used for statistical analysis. Results: At last,there were 6 studies form different countries included in this study. Pooled data indicated that the level of blood leptin in n-3 group was lower than that of the control group,this difference reached statistical significance. However,no significant different between two groups was found in terms of fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin release,triglycerides,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,and adiponectin. Conclusion: Current clinical evidence failed to prove dietary supplement n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids is beneficial toimprove blood sugar and lipid in diabetes.
