野生酸浆抑菌活性物质的提取工艺研究
Extracting technology for antibacterial active compounds from wild Physalis
【摘要】 为开发天然抑菌剂,对野生酸浆抑菌活性物质的提取工艺进行了研究。以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验设计,分别对酸浆根茎叶和宿萼两种不同提取物进行提取工艺优化。结果表明,酸浆根茎叶最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度70%、提取温度60℃、提取时间10h、料液比1∶30;酸浆宿萼最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度90%、提取温度50℃、提取时间15h、料液比1∶30;在最优条件下,活性物质的抑菌作用最强。
【Abstract】 Antibacterial compounds were extracted from wild Physalis.Using Staphylococcus aureus A137 as the indicator,the optimal extraction processing parameters were studied by single-factor and orthogonal test experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions from rhizome and leaf of Physalis were 70% of ethanol concentration,material-liquid ratio of 1∶30,and temperature of 60℃for 10h;the optimal extraction processing parameters fromphysalis calyx were ethanol concentration of 90%,extraction temperature of 50℃,extraction time of 15 hand material-liquid ratio of 1∶30.Under the optimal process conditions,the extracts displayed the strongest inhibition activity.
