不同品种小黑麦苗期抗盐碱性能评价
Evaluation of saline-alkali resistance of different varieties of triticale seedlings
【摘要】 以7个小黑麦品种为试材,研究了不同浓度混合盐碱(NaCl+Na2CO3)胁迫对小黑麦幼苗生长的影响,以及叶片中MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、3种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的变化。结果表明:在混合盐碱胁迫下,所选小黑麦品种均表现鲜重降低,MDA和脯氨酸含量上升,SOD和POD活性增高;CAT表现为有的品种在低盐碱浓度下升高,而中、高浓度盐碱胁迫下降低,有的品种则呈一直上升趋势。隶属函数综合分析结果,7个品种抗盐碱能力顺序为‘中饲828’>‘冀饲2号’>‘中新830’>‘NTH1048’>‘中饲237’>‘劲松49’>‘黔中3号’。
【Abstract】 Seven triticale varieties were used to study the effects of different concentrations of complex saline-alkali(NaCl+ Na2CO3)stress on the changes of seedling growth,leaf MDA content,proline content,and the antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT).The results showed that the fresh weights of all triticale varieties decreased while the content of MDA and proline increased.SOD and POD activities increased as well after the complex saline-alkali stress.CAT activity of some varieties increased in low concentrations,but reduced in high and medium concentrations.Some species exhibited a straight upward trend.Comprehensive analysis of the membership function showed that the saline-alkali resistance order was as follows‘Zhongsi 828’> ‘Jisi 2’> ‘Zhongxin 830’> ‘NTH1048’> ‘Zhongsi 237’> ‘Jinsong49’> ‘Qianzhong 3’.
