【Abstract】 With the distinctive characteristics of the new era,the relationship between counselors and college students need to reflect and reconstruct. For a long time,the research on the relationship between the instructors and the students is stuck in the thinking pattern of "phenomenon classification,reason analysis and path exploration". This paper intended to introduction of focus to solve the short-term treatment of ideas and technology,in-depth analysis and exploration of the problems existing in the relationship between instructors and students,and then put forward in solution focused mode reconstruction of counselors and students harmonious relationship between the feasibility of the program,from a new angle re-examine in the traditional mode of education of counselors and college students,to carry out the valid guiding ideology and political education practice,which ensures to achieve the ideal education effect.更多还原
