【摘要】 通过构建市政经济分析模型,测算各海绵城市的市政经济系数并与均衡系数进行比较,划分出完全匹配、基本匹配和不匹配三种类型。结果显示:池州、厦门、济南、鹤壁、南宁和重庆的市政经济水平完全匹配;遂宁的市政经济水平基本匹配;迁安、白城、镇江、嘉兴、萍乡、武汉和常德的市政经济水平不匹配。为提高海绵城市的排涝抗灾能力,城市管理者应开展有针对性的海绵体建设工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay sets up municipal- economic analysis model,and measures sponge cities ’ municipal- economic coefficient,compares the coefficient with equilibrium coefficient,and divides it into three types,including completely matching,basic matching and mismatching. The results show that Chizhou,Xiamen,Jinan,Hebi,Nanning and Chongqing’s municipal- economic level match completely,Suining’s is in basic matching level,Qianan,Caicheng,Zhenjiang,Jiaxing,Pingxiang,Wuhan and Changde’s municipal- economic level don’t match. For improving sponge cities’ drainage and mitigation resistance against natural disasters,it is suggested that city managers make full use of funds to the sponge construction in the process of construction work.更多还原
