【摘要】 在系统地梳理了城市容量问题的相关研究成果的基础上,从城市容量概念及其研究方法两个方面,归纳总结了我国城市容量问题研究的现状,展望了未来城市容量问题研究的发展趋势。认为关于城市容量问题的研究应从注重资源环境承载力和发展需求的研究转向以自然环境为约束的生态导向的研究;从注重物的规划的研究转向注重人的规划的研究;从静态视角的研究转向动态视角的研究;从单纯关注人口容量的研究转向关注人口容量与用地、交通、服务设施和基础设施容量的匹配的研究;从容量预测的研究转向容量管控的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This essay systematically summarizes theories of the Western and China about city capacity. It summarizes the city capacity research progress in China from two aspects,relevant concepts and research methods. Then it puts forward the future trend of city capacity studies. We should turn our attention from the studies on bearing capacity of resource and environment and the demand for development to the studies on the ecological orientation by natural environment constraint; from the studies on material planning to the studies on people- oriented;from static studies to dynamic studies; from the studies on population capacity to the studies on matches among land use,traffic,service facilities and infrastructure; from the studies on capacity projection to the studies on capacity control.更多还原
