现行烘茧工艺与雄蚕茧丝质量的相关研究

【摘要】 雄蚕茧丝具有缫折低、洁净好、纤度均匀等优点,所缫的高档生丝倍受用户青睐。本研究针对雄蚕茧蛹体小、茧层较厚且纤度相对较细均匀的特点,探讨了雄蚕茧的烘茧工艺。结果表明,烘茧温度、鲜茧堆放时间、铺茧量、半干茧干燥程度等与烘茧质量有一定影响,并提出了头冲烘茧温度以105℃、鲜茧堆放时间不超过12 h、鲜茧铺茧量以4.5 kg/0.76 m~2、半干成数6.5成为更适当的烘茧要求。

【Abstract】 Male silkworm cocoon is the main material of high-grade raw silk with better cocoon qualities. This article mainly explored the male cocoon drying process for smaller pupa, thicker cocoon layer and finer silk. The results showed that, the drying quality was effected by drying temperature, fresh cocoon stacking time, cocoon laying amount,half-dried degree. And when the drying temperature was 105 ℃, the fresh cocoon stacking time was less than 12 h, the cocoon laying amount was 4.5 kg/0.76 m~2, the half-dried degree was 6.5, the dried cocoon quality was better.
