CRP干法改性沥青混合料的性能与应用研究
Study on the performance and the application of CRP modified asphalt mixture with dry adding process
【摘要】 研究了CRP干法改性沥青混合料的施工拌和时间及添加顺序,测试了CRP干法和湿法改性AC-13沥青混合料的马歇尔性能指标、高温稳定性、水稳定性及低温弯曲性能。通过现场铺筑试验路面,研究和检验了CRP干法改性沥青路面的施工工艺和应用效果。研究结果表明:CRP改性剂在170℃拌和20~30s后可完全熔化,施工中易于控制并能达到改性沥青的要求;CRP干法和湿法改性都能大幅提高沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、高温稳定性和水稳定性;干法和湿法改性沥青混合料的拌和、摊铺、压实工艺及施工参数与基质沥青混合料的相近。干法CRP改性沥青路面施工无需添加专用沥青改性设备,适用于地方公路新建或大中修沥青路面工程。
【Abstract】 The mixing time,modifier adding order and the properties of CRP(Cracking Recycle Plastic)modified asphalt mixture with dry adding process are studied.The Marshall performance,high temperature stability,water stability and lower temperature bending properties of CRP modified asphalt mixture with dry and wet adding process are tested.The construction technology of CRP modified asphalt pavement with dry adding process and application effect are verified in the locale test pavement.The test results show that the CRP modifier can be completely melt after 20 sor 30sat 170℃,and the properties of modified asphalt mixture can meet the specification requirements,CRP modifier can greatly improve the Marshall stability,high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture.The asphalt-aggregate ratio,mixing and paving construction parameters of CRP modified asphalt pavement are basically the same as the matrix asphalt mixture.The construction of CRP modified asphalt pavement with dry adding process does not need to add a special modified equipment,and it can be conveniently used for small asphalt mixing station construction.
