【摘要】 从我国历史文化街区保护的演化过程和形成背景回顾入手,分析了历史文化街区在历史文化名城保护制度中的地位和作用,认为其对名城保护的层次架构建立、理论方法突破、保护实效检验具有重要意义。结合对新时期我国历史文化街区保护现实问题和战略机遇的分析,从完善保护体系、弥补制度缺陷、示范保护经验、深化理论方法、推动精细管理5个方面,论述了建立中国历史文化街区保护制度的目标和意义。提出在新形势下全面加强我国历史文化街区保护的若干工作要务。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article first reviews the evolution process and background of China’s historic district conservation system.Through analyzing the historic district’s position and role in historic city conservation system,it argues that historic district conservation is of great significance to the framework formulation of historic city conservation system,the breakthrough of theoretical methods,and conservation efficiency checkouts.Then,based on the exploration on realistic problems and strategic opportunities in the new era,it discusses the objective and significance of establishing China’s historic district conservation system respectively from the following five respects:improving the whole conservation system,making up the institutional defects,being a conservational model,deepening theoretical methods,and promoting refined management.Finally,it puts forward several priorities on historic district conservation in the new circumstances.更多还原
