【摘要】 旅游环境资源是旅游业发展的重要基础,其发展质量已成为衡量现代旅游目的地竞争力的一个重要因素。以大连市为例,构建了旅游环境资源分类体系,并选取了13类代表性环境资源,运用IPA分析工具和问卷调查法,调查并比较分析了旅游管理者、旅游经营者、旅游者和社区居民等4类旅游利益相关者对不同类型旅游环境资源的重要性和绩效评价的特征和差异,并在此基础上提出了针对各类旅游环境资源的绩效提升策略和具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism Environmental Resources could be considered the important basis for tourism development and its quality has been one of critical factors in the measure of modern tourism destination competitiveness. In this paper, with the case of Dalian City, Tourism environmental Resources classification system has been build and meanwhile 13 categories of classical environmental resources has been selected. Then the importance and performance of these resources has been investigated, evaluated and comparatively analyzed from the perspectives of different stakeholders including tourism management, tourism operators, tourists and communities with the methods of IPA and questionnaires. Finally, the specific suggestions to improve performance of different categories of tourism environmental resources are proposed.更多还原
