【摘要】 规划成果的可操作性本质上是规划的地方适应性问题,从规划编制的目标导向以及编制过程中的空间意识两方面进行论述。认为强化以"问题为导向"的规划编制方法是规划地方性得以体现的基础,而空间意识的强化则是实现规划成果各层次、各维度得以衔接、适应规划"地方性"的关键,同时也是规划管理过程需要注重的重要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The maneuverability of the planning result is essentially a planning of local adaptation,this paper carried on the elaboration from two aspects: the goal orientation of planning compilation,and space consciousness through the process of planning compilation.Believe to strengthen " problems as the guide" planning compilation method is the basis to reflect the locality of planning,and space consciousness strengthening is the key to achieve where at all levels and all dimensions the planning results can connect and adapt to the locality of planning,at the same time it’ s also the important content which need to pay attention to in the planning management process.更多还原
