【摘要】 在北京提出建设"世界高端人才聚集之都"和"中国特色社会主义先进文化之都"的目标和全球竞争日益加剧的背景下,探讨大学与城市的共生关系具有重要意义。英国作为现代高等教育的发源地和全球高等教育最发达的国家之一,大学与城市的发展始终保持紧密的共生关系,并在当前知识经济和全球化浪潮下,大学的战略地位进一步得到强化。以英国为例,简要评述了其高等教育改革演变的过程和发展现状;通过聚焦大学与城市的关系,总结了两者共生发展的历程和各阶段的主要特征;在此基础上,归纳并分别阐释了城市大学、大学科技园和产学联盟三种主要的共生发展模式。最后,基于对英国的经验总结,提出应全方位推进大学与城市之间在人才、经济、社会、文化和城市发展战略层面的战略共生关系,作为北京建设学术之都的参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As Beijing has proposed the goal of being " the capital of the world’s top talents" and " the capital of culture with Chinese characteristics",and the global competition has been increasingly intensified,to study the relationship between universities and cities is of important significance. Being one of the birthplaces of modern higher education system and countries with most developed higher education in the world,the United Kingdom has witnessed a long history of mutualistic symbiosis of universities and cities,and further strengthened the strategic position of universities especially under current waves of knowledge economy and globalization. Taking the UK as a case study,this paper briefly overviews the evolution history and status quo of its higher education system,and summarizes the symbiosis development process and the main characteristics of each stage from the perspective of the relationship between universities and cities. On this basis,three major symbiosis development patterns,i. e.,civic university,university science park and industryuniversity alliance,are summarized and respectively analyzed. Finally,based on the UK’s experience,it is proposed to promote the symbiotic development of universities and cities in all-around respects of development strategies of talent,economy,society,culture and city,etc.,as a reference to Beijing on its road aiming at " the capital of academy".更多还原
