【摘要】 奥斯卡金像奖入围电影《弱点》中的经典对白感动了无数观众。基于人际功能中的情态附加语和情态、归一度的相关理论,运用对情态动词和归一度的语义范畴标注的研究方法,解读电影《弱点》中四组对白,旨在发现口语语篇中情态使用的特点。研究分析表明,以人际功能理论为框架,不仅可以探究书面语料,还可以分析口语语料,同时也证实此研究方法的可行性和科学性,并且进一步说明口语语篇中人际功能发挥的作用不容忽视,情态在口语语篇中的运用有更为普遍和灵活的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Blind Side that was nominated by Oscars,a screen adaptation of the novel Weakness: the Competition Process written by Michael Lewis is one of the most popular movies since 2009. Based on Halliday’s interpersonal function theory with referent conceptions such as modal adjunct,modality and polarity and so forth,labeling modal adjuncts and polarity’s semantic categories and analyzing four groups of dialogues in The Blind Side,this paper tries to explore characteristics of modality’s usage in oral discourse. The study shows that applying interpersonal function theory for both written discourse and oral discourse is practical and scientific. Furthermore,the role that interpersonal function plays is so important that it cannot be ignored in spoken discourse that is generally filled with more flexible modality.更多还原
