【摘要】 目的探究胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7(IGFBP7)的表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素及预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测105例乳腺癌患者IGFBP7的表达,并分析IGFBP7的表达情况与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析乳腺癌患者的5年无瘤生存率。结果 105例乳腺癌患者癌组织中IGFBP7阳性率为57.1%;IGFBP7表达水平与组织学分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、雌激素受体表达和孕激素受体表达有明显相关性(P<0.05),但与年龄、绝经状态、TNM分期、病理类型和人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达无相关性(P>0.05)。IGFBP7阳性患者的5年无病生存率显著高于IGFBP7阴性患者(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归模型分析结果表明,IGFBP7表达和淋巴结转移是影响乳腺癌患者生存期的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论 IGFBP7表达阳性的乳腺癌患者更易复发转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7(IGFBP7)and clinical factors and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 105 cases of breast cancer were detected for the expression of IGFBP7 by the immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between the expression of IGFBP7 and clinical factors was analyzed.The 5-year disease-free survival(DSF)was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method.Results The expression of IGFBP7 was detected in 57.1% of breast cancer cases.In the 105 cases of breast cancer patients,the expression of IGFBP7 was correlated with pathological grade,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,expression of estrogen receptor(ER)and progestrone receptor(PR),with statistical difference(P<0.05).However,it did not show any correlation with age,menopausal status,TNM stage,pathologic types and the expression of HER-2(P>0.05).The 5-year DSF of IGFBP7 negative patients was markedly lower than that of IGFBP7 positive patients(P<0.05).Cox multivariate analysis indicated that the expression of IGFBP7 and lymph node metastasis were the independent prognostic factors affecting survival rate of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The IGFBP7 positive patients with breast cancer may be more prone to recurrence and metastasis.更多还原
