【摘要】 目的观察参七合剂对不同类型高脂血症患者血浆凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)及血脂水平的影响,探讨其血管保护机制。方法将64例高脂血症患者按血脂检测结果分为高总胆固醇(TC)组(20例)、高三酰甘油(TG)组(12例)、混合型高脂血症组(23例)、低高密度脂蛋白(HDL)组(9例),给予参七合剂10g/d,疗程为6周。另选25例血脂水平正常的健康人群作为对照组。治疗前后分别检测sLOX-1、SOD、MDA、NO、ET及血脂水平。结果高TC、混合型高脂血症患者sLOX-1升高(P<0.01),sLOX-1与TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈正相关(r=0.616、P<0.05,r=0.537、P<0.05);各型高脂血症均能使SOD、NO降低(P<0.01),MDA、ET升高(P<0.01),但影响存在差异(P<0.01);参七合剂能降低高脂血症患者的sLOX-1、TC、LDL-C、MDA、ET水平(P<0.01),升高SOD、NO、HDL-C水平(P<0.01),对TG没有影响(P>0.05)。结论参七合剂可能通过降低LOX-1的表达、调节脂质氧化与过氧化水平的平衡、保护血管内皮细胞,从而对高脂血症患者的血管起到保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Shenqi Mixture on sLOX-1,SOD,MDA,NO,ET and lipid level among the patients with different types of hyperlipidemia and to investigate the mechanism of blood vessel protection.Methods Sixty-four patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into high TC group(20cases),high TG group(12cases),mixed type hyperlipidemia group(23cases)and low HDL group(9cases).Every patients were treated with Shenqi Mixture 10g/d,treatment course was 6weeks.Other 25 healthy people of normal blood lipid were selected as the control group.The levels of sLOX-1,SOD,MDA,NO,ET and blood lipid were detected before and after treatment.Results The levels of sLOX-1was increased by high TC and mixed type of hyperlipidemia(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between sLOX-1with TC and LDL-C(r=0.616,P<0.05,r=0.537,P<0.05);each type of hyperlipidemia could decrease the level of SOD and NO(P<0.01)and increased the level of MDA and ET(P<0.01).But the effect of SOD,NO,ET and MDA on types of hyperlipidemia had difference.Shenqi Mixture decreases the expression of sLOX-1,regulates the balance of lipid oxidation and peroxidation level TC,LDL-C,MDA and ET(P<0.01)and increased the levels of SOD,NO and HDL-C(P<0.01),but had no effect on TG(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Mixture has good effects on blood vessel protection and protects the vascular endothelial cells,thus plays the protective role on blood vessel.更多还原
